Hi! I'm Jodi and I am looking for opportunities to learn more about this amazing world of ours, and maybe even write about it.

With the new year, I made a promise to myself to make traveling a priority and have seen that promise become reality. In April, at the heart of sakura season, I spent two wondrous weeks exploring Japan. This summer, I adventured across Italy and Greece. Traveling has enriched my life like nothing else and I am very interested in sharing my experiences and enthusiasm with others.

However, I may have to do more traveling before I can contribute very much to this site, as I have not yet made it to Thailand (It's top of my list!). If -at any point- your destinations grow to include Japan, I'll have plenty to share! In the meantime, you can count on my continued support and shared passion for world travel!

Hey ladies and gents, I'm Carol. Its so nice to be able to connect with you all through the forum. Anyways, I'm from Northern California and I plan on traveling to Asia next winter with some college buddies before getting a grown up job. I've been doing some research about what to do and where to go for this trip so thats what I have to contribute to this site. I studied abroad last year in England and I backpacked through parts of France, Spain, Portugal and Italy. Had a blast doing that and I seriously can't wait to travel again! If any of you travelmonks are from California, I would love to meet you and talk traveling! Happy holidays!
