Bug ‘n Bee is located at the foot of one of the Sala Daeng BTS stations, on Silom Road just down a ways from Soi 2. It is located about 5 doors down from another popular neighborhood cafe called Coffee Society.

Enlighten others!

Bug ‘n Bee is a small restaurant / cafe that you could easily never notice. It is mostly known for being open late, good food and coffee, deserts, and free wireless internet (wifi). Located a ten minute walk from the infamous Patpong red-light district, this area is known for being the center of gay Bangkok.

During the day and into the late evening you will see many sitting at upstairs tables typing away, plugged in enjoying the internet. At night the crowd changes drastically as many of the bars and clubs on Silom Soi 4 let out, and much of that crowd visits for some after drinking dinner. It can get a little loud after 2 AM, but up to that point it makes for a great area to have dinner and surf the web. After 2 AM, it makes for a great place to order some food and enjoy the chaos that the neighborhood has to offer.

Coffee Society

Coffee Society is located just down from Silom, Soi 2 about a 10 minute walk from the Patpong red-light district. It is easiest to get there either by taxi, or by BTS (sky train) exiting at the Sala Dang station.

Coffee@8 Wifi Cafe

Coffee@8 is located on Sukhumvit, soi 8. A stones throw from the corner on the right side of the soi. Easy to find and close to everything, it makes for a nice place to recharge with a cup of coffee.

Coffee World and Subway

Coffee, Subway Sandwiches, and plenty of people watching in this lower Sukhumvit setting.

Parrot Cafe in Bangkok

The Parrot Café is located down Sukhumvit Soi 22 after the bar center on the right side of the Soi. Its about a ten minute walk down Soi 22, at the intersection of Soi Sai Nam Thip 1, across from the mini strip of Japanese hostess bars.

Honey House on Sukhumvit Soi 22

The Honey House is a small guesthouse like hotel off of Sukhumvit Soi 22, but the term “Honey House” often refers to the area which all of the businesses in that small Soi are in. It’s located a little ways down Sukhumvit Soi 22 on the right side; you will see the signs for “Honey House” as you pass.
